Nobody love pencil the way I do. It does wonders to almost any piece of paper, and depending on your style, it can easily be called the most versatile of media. I like dirty, gritty, smudged pencil lines. I have been thrown back into using it because I am trying to complete one book of nothing but black and white graphite drawings. It’s always good to use pencil because it sharpens your shading/value techniques and gives your artwork a sense of nostalgia. This book is new but is already filled with some crazy critters. I don’t know what it is with me drawing creepers, perverts, and paedophiles. It just seems like a natural thing to draw when you want to create a unique character with lots of personality. Don’t you just love sneak peeks!? Happy December by the way…
